At Cedar Hall Farms, we offer a variety of customizable event packages to make your special day truly unforgettable. Our pricing is tailored to suit your needs and budget while ensuring a magical experience for you and your guests.

Event Package Pricing

Our event packages include exclusive access to our outdoor ceremony space, indoor reception hall, and bridal suite. Each package is designed to accommodate your unique style and guest count, ensuring a seamless and stress-free celebration.

Basic Event Venue Rental $1000.00

Attendees: 0-500 | Pricing is for parties and meetings only

Per Event

-Tables, Chairs, etc not included in venue rental. Onsite Event Rentals available to add to any package (additional Fee)

-Parking included.

-Venue Manager onsite.

-Venue rental time must be between the hours of 8 am Friday

-Client must have ABC license if bringing alcohol onsite - provided to farm owners.

-Catering can be brought in by an off site vendor OR On-site catering can be provided with any package for an (additional charge).

- No kitchen access, no ice machine/refrigerator available, garden hose available for rinsing only.

-Trash removal is the responsibility of client.

-No Smoking in the Barn.

-Feeding animals on premises is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! (Liability will be on the client if animals become sick from NON-Diet food)

-Client and guest must respect the posted speed limit on the farm of 7mph.

-Client must obtain one-day event insurance with a 1-million-dollar liability minimum, naming Cedar Hall Farms.

-Balance paid in a full day before the event.

-No visiting dogs.

 

Wedding Venue Rental $3000.00

Attendees: 0-500 | Deposit is Required | Pricing is for weddings only

 Venue rental package includes: 

-This price includes exclusive all-day rental of the entire property for the day of your wedding, including your choice of ceremony site, and barn and barn lawn for your cocktail hour and reception.

-For your cocktail hour and reception the barn cleaned and sanitized, as well as Bridal Suite sanitized and stocked for use day of.

-We also provide parking for 500.

-Miscellaneous decorations, party items, and pieces that are available for use, without charge.

Our outdoor areas and hall boasts generous seating options, ensuring your guests revel in comfort throughout the occasion. From banquet-style gatherings to theater seating, we possess the flexibility to accommodate your desires.

Climate Control Bridal Suite with Private Bathroom for Bride and her Entourage
Provides a cozy atmosphere, regardless of the elements beyond the walls, allowing the Bride and her bridal party to relax, get ready for the day events and sneak away to solice before the festivites begin.

Ceremony Site Customizable Spaces
-Our venue property and available reception hall unfolds as a radiant canvas for your dreams. It can be customized for an intimate gathering or a lavish affair, offering a myriad of logistical possibilities and arrangements to craft an elegant event.
